Fraud Alert
We have received several reports from authors that a scammer has been impersonating our agents over email. We will never email you from any email ending in @gmail.com. No LDLA agent will ever ask for money from prospective clients or charge a reading fee. If you are unsure if you have been contacted by one of our agents please reach out to us here. In the meantime, protect yourself from fraud:
- Do not click on any links in the email.
- Do not open any attachments to the email.
- Do not reply to the email or contact the sender in any way.
- If you think you may have compromised the safety of your bank details or have lost money due to fraudulent misuse of your credit cards, contact your financial institution immediately.
Some of the fake emails we've been made aware of: Info.literaryagencylauradail@gmail.com; and elana.lauradailagency@gmail.com.
